From app idea to first API call

Let's Go Together: every request is reviewed so connected apps truly serve TDA members.

    Sign up with an email the Platform team can reach.

    Submit application

    Share your app name, integration purpose, and technical contact.

    Admin review

    We assess fitness, data scope, and security risk before approval.

  4. 04
    Ship with credentials

    Get your key in the console, store the secret in a vault, then call /api/v1.

06 · Platform rules

Rules for building in the TDA ecosystem

Let's Go Together means responsible collaboration. By using access, you agree to the following terms.

R-01 access

Scoped credentials

Keys are only for the approved application. Do not share, sell, or reuse them across products without written permission.

R-02 security

Secret hygiene

Store secrets on a server or vault. Do not commit them to public git, embed them in mobile binaries, or log them client-side.

R-03 traffic

Respect limits

Honor rate limits and quotas. Use backoff on retries. Ask an admin if you need a higher quota.

R-04 privacy

Member data is sensitive

Use data only for the stated purpose. Mass scraping, resale, or misuse of member data is prohibited.

R-05 abuse

No hostile probing

Do not brute-force, bypass auth, or probe for vulnerabilities outside spaces provided by the Platform.

R-06 ops

Revocation rights

The Platform may disable accounts for violations, credential leaks, or service disruption. Contact an admin for recovery.

07 · Reference

Minimal API surface

Starter endpoints to validate your app connection. The surface grows with the scope approved for TDA members.
